Ms. Prithivi for Mr.S.Arjun for R2 to R6 R1 - no appearance JUDGEMENT Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and respondents appeared and submitted that before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, both the parties along with their counsels appeared and the matter was amicably settled between the parties. Accordingly, they have entered 2\4
into a compromise and a settlement agreement was executed. As per the terms of settlement agreement, the properties were divided among the parties and to that effect, a plan is also annexed with all survey numbers along with the said agreement. Based on the settlement agreement, they prayed to dispose the appeal.
2. Considering the fact that both parties have amicably settled the dispute between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Chennai and as per the terms arrived by both the parties in a settlement agreement executed between them, this Appeal Suit is disposed of. Settlement Agreement is recorded. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The Settlement Agreement along with plan annexed with it shall form part and parcel of the decree.
