The 2nd appellant, Gnanasekaran, unfortunately died pending the proceedings. This petition has been filed seeking to bring on record his legal representatives as appellants 3 to 6 herein. They are the widow and two daughters and one son.

2. In view of the fact, that they have existing right to continue the appeal and step into the shoes of the deceased 2nd appellant and also on hearing the learned counsel for the respondent, this petition is allowed. 26.07.2019 smv
