2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the respondents 1 and 3 remained exparte before the Tribunal and no notice is necessary. The learned counsel also submitted that Mr.G.Anandan, learned Counsel has filed vakalat for the 2nd respondent.

3. Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the delay of 178 days is condoned on payment of a cost of Rs.500/-(Five Hundred Only) to the "Legal Services Authority, High Court, Chennai, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without reference to this Court. 06.12.2018 gsa/aa http://www.judis.nic.in
