Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to issue direction to the Principal Sub Court, Virudhachalam to conduct the case in O.S.No.134 of 2010 and O.S.No.208 of 2011 for speedy trial.

C O M M O N O R D E R The limited prayer sought for in these petitions is to issue direction to the Principal Sub Court, Virudhachalam to conduct the case in O.S.No.134 of 2010 and O.S.No.208 of 2011 respectively for speedy trial.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the suits have been initiated in the year 2010 and numbered in 2010 and 2011 and the written statements have also been filed in both the cases. The trial has not yet commenced.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Sub Court, Virudhachalam to conduct the case in O.S.Nos.134 of 2010 and 208 of 2011 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, these Civil Revision petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
