C.R.P.(PD) NO.3091 of 2018 M.GOVINDARAJ, J.

While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 10.01.2019, this Court directed the Trial Court to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.86 of 2015 within a period of six months.

2. This Court has received a communication from Family Court, Krishnagiri seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 10.01.2019 passed in the above CRP. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by three months from today to comply with the order dated 10.01.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
