2966 of 2018) and (ii) To set aside the orders passed in MP NO.393 of 2018 in MP NO.66 of 2018 in RCANO.691 of 2006 dated 09-08-2018 on the file of VII Small Causes court at Chennai confirming the judgment and decree passed RCOP NO.1811 of 2004 dated 21-06-2006 passed by the Learned Xth Rent Controller court of Small Causes, Chennai (in C.R.P.(NPD)No.3017 of 2018) and (iii) To pass an order of stay all further proceedings pursuant to the order Fair and decreetal order passed in MP NO.393/2018 in MP No.66 of 2018 in RCA No.691/2006 dated on 09/08/2018 on the file of the Honble VII Small Causes Court at Chennai (in C.M.P.No.17514 of 2018) and (iv) To Stay all further proceedings pursuant to the order Fair and decreetal order passed in MP.No.

no.691/2006 dt on 09.08.2018.on the file of the Honble VII small causes court at chennai (in C.M.P.No.17564 of 2018). Order : These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.SIVAMANI, Advocate for the petitioners in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai in Dis.No.934 of 2021 dated 16.04.2021 by enclosing the letter of the learned VII Judge (FAC), Court of Small Causes, Chennai, dated 08.04.2021. 2.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petitions in C.R.P.(NPD)Nos.2966 & 3017 of 2018, this Court by an order dated 22.09.2020, directed the Rent Control Appellate Authority to complete the proceedings in R.C.A.No.691 of 2006, within a period of one month. However, the learned VII Judge (FAC), Court of Small Causes, Chennai, has sent communication dated 08.04.2021, narrating the sequence of proceedings in R.C.A.No.691 of 2006 and sought further time of four months to complete the trial in the said case.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to complete the trial in R.C.A.No.691 of 2006 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
