The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.161 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Sub Court, Srivilliputhur, and to transfer the same to the file of the learned Family Court, Chennai.
2. When the matter was taken up on 02.08.2019, this Court, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, referred this matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and the parties were also directed to appear before it on 11.07.2019 for an amicable settlement.
3. However, from the Mediation Report, it is seen that both the parties did not appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 11.07.2019. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, neither the respective counsel nor the parties appeared before the Court. Therefore, on this count, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. CMP.No.18778 of 2018 is closed.
