For Petitioner : Mr.M.Praveen Kumar For Respondent : Mr.M.V.Seshachari COMMON ORDER These civil revision petitions have been filed to set aside the order passed on 21.08.2018 by the Sole Arbitrator Mr.Ashokapathy at Chennai in IA.No.9 of 2018 in ACP.Nos.4 & 5 of 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the completion of arbitration proceedings already expired and so far, the respondents/claimants have not filed any application for extension of time. That apart, in respect of the very same matter, other arbitrator has been appointed and proceedings are proceeded to.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in both the civil revision petitions.

Accordingly, both the civil revision petitions are closed. However, if there is any revival of arbitration proceedings, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the civil revision petitions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
