For Petitioners : Mr.R.Gururaj C O M M O O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the fair and decretal orders passed in I.A.No.145 of 2017 in O.S.No.75 of 2016 dated 15.11.2017 and I.A.No.83 of 2018 in O.S.No.145 of 2017 in O.S.No.75 of 2016 dated 18.07.2018 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Chidambaram.

2. Both the Civil Revision Petitions were filed on 27.11.2018 and were listed for admission on 06.12.2018. On that day at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners both the Civil Revision petitions were adjourned to 10.12.2018. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioners did not take any steps to list the matter, even for admission of the said Civil Revision Petitions. Thereafter, both the Civil Revision Petitions were listed 2/4

on 20.01.2021. On that day, the learned counsel for the petitioners represented that the first respondent passed away and seeks time to implead the LRs of the deceased/first respondent. For the very same reason, both the Civil Revision Petitions were adjourned repeatedly.

3. Thus, these Civil Revision Petitions are pending for the past 3 years without even ordering notice for admission. It shows that the petitioners have no interest to proceed with these matters and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain these Civil Revision Petitions after 3 years.
