The prayer sought for in the present Civil Revision Petition is to direct the learned District Munsif, Thiruvotriyur to number the suit in O.S.S.R.No.1869 of 2018.
2. The query raised while the plaint was returned is the defence available to the defendant in the suit and the Registry of the learned District Munsif Court, may not be justified in raising this issue as the reason for refusing the numbering of the plaint. As such, the Registry of the learned District Munsif Court, Thiruvotriyur is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
