On 09.12.2020, 21.12.2020, 06.01.2021 and 11.01.2021, the above Civil Revision Petition was listed. On all those occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the case under the caption "for dismissal on 22.01.2021. Today (i.e on 22.01.2021) also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner which shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
