of A.S.Rules r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to substitute the petitioner N.Bright Samson as Secretary of the respondents 1 & 2/appellants Trust in the place of the deceased Secretary J.Nagakesari in the above First Appeal in A.S.No.568 of 2011 for prosecuting the Appeal. (Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.) This petition had been filed to substitute N.Bright Samson, S/o. J.Nagakesari as the Secretary of the 1st and 2nd respondents/appellants Trust in the place of his father J.Nagakesari.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that his father J.Nagakesari expired on 23.07.2018 and J.Bright Samsom has now become the Secretary. It is further stated by the learned counsel that he continues to be Secretary as on date. 2/4
4. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. Registry to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in A.S.No.568 of 2011, bringing on record the Secretary N.Bright Samsom instead of J.Nagakesari of the appellants Trust.
