S.Lavanya v. Saravanan
Tr.C.M.P.No.709 of 2018 T.RAJA, J.
The learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai has sought for six more months time to dispose of the re-numbered O.P.No.175 of 2019 pending on his file.
2. When this Court had already directed the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, by order dated 4.12.2018, to dispose of the case on or before 31.3.2019, this Court is unable to find any justification for not disposing of the case within the stipulated time. Since it is a matrimonial matter, as a special case, only three months time is granted to the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the re-numbered O.P.No.175 of 2019. It is made clear that no more extension shall be granted and the parties are directed to co-operate for the expeditious disposal of the case. 25.06.2019 ss http://www.judis.nic.in
