This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 23.11.2017 made in I.A.No.129 of 2017 in O.S.No.213 of 2015 passed by the Subordinate Judge, Udumalaipettai, Thirupur, thereby dismissing the application to implead the petitioner herein as a defendant in the main suit.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the main suit itself disposed of.
