ORDER
In compliance with the order of this Court dated 21.03.2019, the revision petitioners have filed an affidavit of undertaking to vacate the premises on or before 31.05.2019 and have also undertaken to do the same. The revision petitioners shall endeavour to pay the rents as on respective due dates without fail. They shall also not sublet the property to any third party. The joint affidavit of undertaking has been taken on file and shall form part of the order.
The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
