O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present Civil Revision Petition is to direct the learned District Munsif, Tirupur for the speedy disposal of the application in I.A.No.864 of 2018 in O.S.No.211 of 2018 seeking for permanent injunction.

2. It is seen that the counter affidavit in the said application was filed on 01.08.2018 and as such, there is no impediment on the part of the Court below to dispose of the application expeditiously.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the present petition, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Tirupur to dispose of the application in I.A.No.864 of 2018 in O.S.No.211 of 2018, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
