This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and final order dated 23.10.2017 passed in I.A.No.358 of 2017 in HMOP No.270 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Family Court at Coimbatore. 2.

When the matter was listed on 06.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 08.07.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 08.07.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
