The limited prayer sought for in the present Civil Revision Petition is for speedy disposal of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 5 of the Limitation Act.

2. Taking note of the fact that the application is pending from 17.07.2017 onwards, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore to dispose of the application in I.A.No.191 of 2017 in O.S.No.90 of 2016 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
