This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 311 days in filing the Second Appeal as against Judgment and Decree dated 31.03.2016 passed in A.S.No.42 of 2011 on the file of II Additional District Court, Chidambaram, reversing the judgment and decree dated 31.10.2007 passed in O.S.No.303 of 2004 on the file of Principal District Munsif at Chidambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant and perused the materials available on record.

3. Despite service of notice, there is no representation on the side of respondent.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 311 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
