CMP No.20079 of 2021 in CMA SR No.9530 of 2020 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Mrs.C.Bhuvana Sundari, learned Standing Counsel for the Reliance General Insurance Company, takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. 1st respondent remained exparte before the tribunal.
3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 76 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 76 days.
4. CMP No.20079 of 2021 is ordered, accordingly.
5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
6. Registry is further directed to print the name of the 2nd respondent counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
