These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 2744 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the fourth respondent in the Cross Objection No.101 of 2009, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the petitioners herein as the legal representatives of the deceased fourth respondent and ranked them as respondents 18 and 19 in the Cross Objection.

2. For the reasons set out in the order in CMP No.9392 of 2022, these petitions are also allowed, the delay in seeking to set aside the abatement is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the fourth respondent in the Cross Objection is set aside and the petitioners 1 and 2 are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased fourth respondent and are arrayed as respondents 18 and 19 in the Cross Objection. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
