ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order dated 04.09.2017 passed in W.P.No.23735 of 2017.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court dated 04.09.2017 made in W.P.No.23735 of 2017, by passing an order dated 07.03.2019.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that he has received the copy of the order dated 07.03.2019.
