O R D E R
Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 18.06.2018.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the land admeasuring 43 cents in Survey No.409/2B, Ponmar Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District from one Arumugha Naicker on 21.03.1996. Since then she has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. While so, the fifth respondent tampered the revenue records viz., Patta No.1849 and inserted his name in the Adangal and FMB Sketch, based on the same. Hence, the petitioner submitted several representations to the respondents, for rectifying the errors committed on the basis of the fabricated documents filed by the fifth respondent. Finding no response on the said representations, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the first respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2018, on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, the fifth respondent as well as any other interested parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
