2. Learned State Government Pleader Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar has pointed out that, there are four appellants in the cause title, whereas the order copy dated 01.08.2023 does not contain the name of the 4th appellant viz., Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Kodumudi Panchayat Union, Kodumudi, Erode District. Therefore, in order to rectify the same, this matter has been posted today.

3. Registry is directed to correct the cause title in the order copy dated 01.08.2023 and issue the corrected order copy to the parties afresh.
