The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities held by Late Ghalib.G.Bachooali, who died intestate on 09.07.2009. 2.The petitioners are the wife and son of the deceased. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, she has produced the death certificate and legal heirship certificate of the deceased as Exs.P1 and P2 respectively. A perusal of the Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased.

3. In view of the said evidence, this original petition is allowed directing to issue succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners. 07.06.2019 kkn http://www.judis.nic.in
