There is no representation for the petitioner. This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the trial Court allowing the application for amendment filed by the respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs.
2. It is seen from the records that by virtue of order dated 10.02.2023, the Civil Revision Petition is already dismissed as against the respondents 1 to 3 and 9 to 12 for failure of the petitioner to pay batta. When the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed against the contesting respondents 1 to 3, whose amendment application was allowed by Order impugned in this revision, no purpose would be served by keeping the revision pending against other respondents namely R4 to R8.
