C.M.P.No.2945 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 322 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, C.M.P.No.2938 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and C.M.P.No.2943 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 4.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
