This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to expedite the process of distribution of asset by appointing retired judge of this Court within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. There is no representation on the side of the applicant. Even on the last hearing date, i.e., on 16.02.2024, there was no representation on the side of the applicant. It can now be inferred that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting this application.

3. Accordingly, this application is dismissed for non prosecution.
