ORDER
This Court vide order dated 11.01.2016 in W.P.No.787 of 2016, directed the respondent herein, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2015, with regard to disbursement of retiral benefits and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law and also in the light of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the common judgment dated 12.6.2015 made in W.A.(MD)
Nos.383 to 457 of 2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. Since the said direction was not adhered to by the respondent within the stipulated time, the petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court dated 11.01.2016, has been complied with by the respondent. The said submission has been conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
