Mr.Irudayaraj v. No Respondent

O.P.No.929 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by the deceased Rani Irudayaraj, who died intestate on 06.06.2016.

2. The 1st petitioner is the husband, the 2nd and 3rd petitioners are the sons and the 4th petitioner is the daughter. The 1st petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has filed the death certificate of the deceased Rani Irudayaraj as Ex.P7. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased Rani Irudayaraj has been filed as Ex.P8.

3. A perusal of the Ex.P8 shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased Rani Irudayaraj. Publication was effected in one issue of Tamil daily "Makkal Kural" and no objections have been received.

4. In view of the aforesaid evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the 1st petitioner. 12.06.2019 dsa http://www.judis.nic.in
