This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 355 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of R2.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 355 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.16147 of 2022 is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing for R2 in the cause list, at the time of admission.
