When the matter was called on 15.02.2021, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 06.07.2016 passed in W.P. No. 23352 of 2016 had been complied with and filed a memo to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present on that day and the matter was directed to be posted today.

Even today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. Therefore, taking note of the representation made by the learned counsel for the respondent on the earlier occasion that the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition is closed.
