This Court by an order dated 25.05.2016 in W.P.No.18519 of 2016 directed the respondent in that writ petition to settle the entire terminal benefits due and payable to the petitioner through twelve equal monthly instalments carrying interest at 6% P.A.

2. But, the respondents have not complied with the said order. Therefore, the present contempt petition is filed. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing it is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the order passed by this Court has been compiled with. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed.
