This Court by order dated 28.01.2016 passed in WP.No.2915 of 2016 directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2016. The learned counsel for the respondent would state that as per the order the entire terminal benefit has been paid to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner is entitled for Dearness Allowance at 80%, but the respondent had paid Dearness Allowance at the rate of 72%.
3. If there is any difference in disbursement of Dearness Allowance, as claimed, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh representation to the respondent and it shall be considered by the respondent in accordance with law.
4. In the light of the above, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
