O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) This review application has been instituted to review the order dated 23.09.2015 passed in W.A.No.1416 of 2015.

The Division Bench followed the earlier Judgment of the Division Bench on the identical issues and held that all contentions advanced by the writ petitioner before the writ Court as well as before the Division Bench have been duly considered by the Co-ordinate Division Bench on the earlier point of time, in respect of the same incident and on the same cause of action. By stating so, the order of the writ court was confirmed. The grounds raised on merits in the present review application deserves no merit adjudication. Thus, the petitioner has not established any error apparent on record to revisit the order. Therefore, the Review Application stands dismissed.
