[c] for an injunction restraining the defendants from alienating the suit properties in any manner;

J U D G M E N T

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs and the defendants submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties in Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court and the settlement agreement dated 27.06.2024 filed in the Mediation is placed before this Court. The submission of the learned counsels is recorded.

2. In view of the same, this suit is disposed of and decreed in terms of 2/4

the settlement entered between the parties and the above Settlement Agreement dated 27.06.2024 shall form part and parcel of the decree. No costs.
