OP No.925 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., This original petition has been filed seeking issuance of Letters of Administration of the estate of the deceased L.Balachandran, who died intestate on 30.10.2016. The petitioners are the Sister's children of the deceased L.Balachandran.

2. It is the claim of the petitioners that the said L.Balachandran, who had married one V.K.Sasikala, but the said marriage ended in a divorce by a consent order dated 04.04.1985 in OP No.449 of 1984. It is also averred that the deceased L.Balachandran, had no issues out of the said wed lock with the said V.K.Sasikala.

2. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has filed a proof affidavit reiterating the averments made in the petition. She has also produced the copy of the divorce order as Ex.P1. The death certificate of the deceased L.Balachandran, has been marked as Ex.P6. The death certificates of the father and mother of the deceased L.Balachandran, have been marked as Exs.P4 and P5. A general publication has been made and no objections have been received. http://www.judis.nic.in

4. In the absence of any contra evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Letters of Administration of the estate of the deceased L.Balachandran, in favour of the petitioners. Petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/-.
