A.No.9427 of 2018 in C.S.No.93 of 2017 K.KALYANASUNDARAM.,J This application has been filed to set aside the ex-parte decree passed in C.S.No.93 of 2017 on 14.11.2017.

2. It is informed that the delay in filing this application was condoned on payment of costs and the costs had also been paid to the respondents. In the affidavit filed in support of the application, it has been stated that the earlier Chief Manager of the applicant-Agency received summons, but it was not informed to the counsel and hence remained ex-parte.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing this application.

4. In the light of the above facts and submissions, this application is allowed.

5. Post the suit after two weeks for filing written statement and draft issues.
