The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities held by deceased Mrs.Usha, who died intestate on 16.05.1998.

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., tta/ay 2.The first petitioner is the husband and the second petitioner is the son of the deceased. The first petitioner has produced the death certificate of deceased Mrs.Usha as Ex.P.2 and Legal Heirship Certificate as Ex.P3. From the above, it is seen that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased Mrs.Usha.
