These applications are filed by the plaintiff in the year 2018.

2.The plaintiff is already a defaulter. The suit has been dismissed for default. The plaintiff has also filed an application in A.No.2872 of 2017 to restore the suit, which was also dismissed by this Court for default on 03.02.2021, thereafter, A.No.2872 of 2017 was restored to file vide order of this Court dated 30.07.2021 in A.No.2581 of 2021. Now the plaintiff has come forward with these applications.

3.Even today, there is no representation for the plaintiff. Hence this Court is inclined to dismiss all these applications.

4.In the result, these applications are dismissed.
