This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 114 days in filing the appeal to set aside the decree and judgment dated 25.08.2015 in O.S.No.11 of 2012 passed against the Petitioner/Appellant.

2.As per the earlier order dated 20.06.2024, paper publication was effected and even though the name of the Respondents printed in the causelist, no one represented on behalf of them.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suit, if it is otherwise in order.
