This petition has been filed seeking issuance of succession certificate in respect of the estate of N.S.Parthsarathy, who died on 13.09.2017.

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., jas/jv 2.The petitioners are the wife and the daughter of the deceased. The first petitioner namely Mrs.N.Rajee Parthasarathy has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate and the legal heirship certificate of the deceased N.S.Parthsarathy have been marked as Ex.P1 and Ex.P2.

3. From the above, it is seen that N.S.Parthsarathy died leaving behind the petitioners as his legal representatives. A publication was effected and no objections have been received. 4.In view of the same, this original petition stands allowed and the Succession Certificate shall be issued in favour of the first petitioner wife of the deceased N.S.Parthsarathy.
