These Writ Appeals are filed against order of the learned Single Judge in WP Nos.34311 of 2015, 16766 of 2015 and 24630 of 2015 dated 28.10.2015, 12.06.2015 and 10.08.2015 respectively.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellant Department submits that before filing the writ appeals, the appellant Department has complied with the order passed in the writ petitions in WP Nos.34311 of 2015, 16766 of 2015 and 24630 of 2015 dated 28.10.2015, 2/4

12.06.2015 and 10.08.2015 respectively and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ appeals.

3. The aforesaid statement made by the learned Additional Advocate General has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.
