O R D E R

The applicant / Tamil Nadu Housing Board, seeking to review the order dated 26.02.2016 passed in W.A.Nos.1100 of 2014, has filed the instant review application.

2. Mrs.C.Shyamala, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant Board submitted that review application filed as against the order passed in the writ appeal has been dismissed by this Court and the applicant Board has not preferred any appeal as against the order passed in the review application and the said order has become final.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the applicant Board that no further appeal has been preferred as against the order passed in the review application and the said order has become final, the review application stands dismissed. It is made clear that if the

applicant Board is being aggrieved, it is open to them to challenge the order passed in the writ appeals. No costs.
