MARIA CLETE, J This petition has been filed to pass an order of injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agents, servants or anybody else claiming through or under them in any manner alienate or encumbering the suit schedule properties which is the subject matter in O.S.No.391 of 2013 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.
