The Original Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the securities which were in the name of K.Srinivasan, the husband of the 1st petitioner, who died intestate on 13.09.2002.

2. The father of K.Srinivasan had died on 15.10.2002 and mother died on 04.06.2008. Since the mother died subsequently, her other son, K.Subramnaian, had been shown as the 4th respondent.

3.The 1st petitioner as stated was the wife, the 2nd petitioner, 2nd and 3rd respondents are the sons and the 1st respondent is her daughter. 4.After following due procedure, the petitioners were directed to tender evidence.

5.Accordingly, the 2nd petitioner examined himself as PW-1. The Death Certificate and Legal Heirship Certificate of K.Srinivasan were marked as https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

kp Exs.P-21 and P-22. The consent affidavits of the 1st, 2nd , 3rd and 4th respondents were marked as Exs.P.23 - P.26. The details relating to the share certificates were marked as Exs.P.1 - P-20.

6.In view of the evidence presented, the petition stands allowed.
