O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30080 of 2017 dated 26.02.2018 has not been complied with.

2. While disposing the said writ petition, this Court has directed the third respondent-Bank therein, to consider the application of the petitioner dated 11.11.2014

for grant of TAHDCO loan and pass orders on the same, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

3. After notice, this contempt petition is taken up today for further hearing.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent herein, who is the third respondent in WP.No.30080 of 2017, has already communicated a letter dated 03.05.2018 to the petitioner stating that the application of the petitioner was already rejected by the District Manager, TAHDCO Office, Madukarai Branch.

5. Under the above circumstances, if the petitioner is aggrieved against the rejection of her application for grant of TAHDCO loan, she has to work out her remedy by challenging such rejection in the manner known to law. Without doing so, the petitioner is not entitled to complaint as though the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30080 of 2017 dated 26.02.2018 has been violated, especially, when this Court has not issued any positive direction to the respondent herein to issue such loan.

5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed, by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent-Bank is also

directed to communicate the rejection order issued by the Madukarai Branch to the petitioner.
