10639 M/S.HATSUN AGRO PRODUCTS LIMITED, CHENNAI 152142125 TO 152142724 RS.3,73,000.00 This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of late Mr.P.K.Vijaya Raghavan who died intestate on 19.02.2014. The petitioners are the wife and children of the deceased.
2. The 1st petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of late P.K.Vijaya Raghavan as Ex.P1 and the legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2. Necessary Publication has been made and no objection has been received.
3. A perusal of Ex.P2 would show that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased P.K.Vijaya Raghavan. The petitioners 2 and 3 have signified their consent for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the 1st petitioner vide their consent affidavits, which have been marked as Exs.P3 and P4.
4. In view of the above evidence, I find that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased
P.K.Vijaya Raghavan and this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the 1st petitioner.
