Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.24762/2017 dated 15.09.2017, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter was called today in the morning session, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was passed over and called at 2.15 p.m. When the matter is called at 2.15 p.m. today, again, there is no representation for the petitioner. Contempt Petition No.2292 of 2018 also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the respondent is present. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
