This application has been filed by the applicants/defendants to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the written statement in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and in order to give a fair opportunity to the applicants/defendants to contest their case on merits, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. Post the main suit for filing draft issues on 20.02.2024.
